Faithful to the our mission statement of offering to our customers the best state-of-the-art methodology and available technology, TDV added recently to its training and educational programs services, the implementation of multimedia courses and training programs, customised with your procedures, facilities, documentation and equipment.
This technology is available as a consequence of the partnership between TDV and the company GTP (Good Training Practices), which created and introduced with great success in several international com p anies in the United Kingdom, a new manner of understanding Training in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
These programs, implemented in modules, according to the agreed contents are installed for their availability as an on-line service through the company Intranet. The modules include photography, video, drawings, animation,...according to what it is the best for explaining and understanding in the most effective way, far more than the level attained by the traditional learning methods.
The multimedia training modules include interactive exercises for evaluation and qualification of the trainee. By this way, the “attendant” to the course should complete the test and, depending on the result, he may need to go over through the module whether the system consider the level of under s tanding is not suitable.
By means of this internal service the Training Manager can ensure the required and customised training at each level, either for recently incorporated staff or as part of the periodic training, required by GMP. The necessity of organising and contracting training courses to, sometimes, a very reduced number of people, and diverse in thei r jobs.is replaced by a continuously available training program, tailored to each individual and performed when required.
